Canada’s grocery giants not cooperative with pricing investigation

In tonight’s top story: A Competition Bureau assessment fuelled by ever-increasing prices at Canadian grocery stores links this inflation to a lack of competition in the industry. And according to experts, Canada’s three largest grocers — Loblaws, Sobeys and Metro — have not cooperated with these investigations. Collectively, the three earned more than $3.6 billion in profits.
